Position title: SAP iXP Intern - Product Learning Support
Location: São Paulo, SP
Expected start date to end date: June 2026 - June 2027
Key Responsibilities and Tasks:
You will work closely with the Resourcing and Customer Services Teams. You will be supporting different steps within our SAP Learning process. This includes but is not limited to:
· Contribute to the team success by aligning the team around the key deliverables.
· Managing operational activities of courses to be delivered by Partners.
· Managing and taking responsibility for defined tasks and small projects, such as Online Evaluation Survey for Partners.
· Support distribution of training material and provide all necessary information to partners and instructors upfront a training course.
· Share your ideas, be innovative and contribute to the open-minded and collaborative culture of our team.
What You'll Bring

Strong problem-solving and creative thinking skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate ideas clearly and effectively. · Currently enrolled as a student at a university.
· Preferred fields of study: Human Resource, Business Administration, Computer Science.
· Effective written and verbal communication skills.
· Ability to communicate clearly in English, both written and spoken, and to understand and actively participate in conversations/meetings. Spanish is a plus.
· Knowledge of MS Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
· Capable of working independently upon receiving proper instruction and guidance.
· Embraces fast pace, constant change with grace under pressure.
