Job Description:

You will play a pivotal role in shaping how we attract and engage top technology talent, partnering closely with recruiters and stakeholders to deliver a best-in-class hiring experience.

You will build trusted relationships with recruiters, consultants, and stakeholders across offices and industries, helping drive alignment on critical technology hiring needs. You will manage and elevate candidate pipelines through our Applicant Tracking System (ATS), contribute to resume screening and interview decision discussions, and orchestrate seamless interview processes and recruiting events. Beyond execution, you will act as a strategic touchpoint for candidates-guiding them through every stage of the journey with a high level of personalization and care. You will also engage with key talent pools and universities and contribute to team projects and strategic initiatives that continuously raise the bar for recruiting excellence.

Your work will directly influence our ability to identify, attract, and convert exceptional technology talent-playing a critical role in building teams that solve complex, high-impact challenges and shape the future of our clients and our firm.

You will be based in São Paulo as part of our Talent Acquisition team. Your team sits at the intersection of people and strategy, partnering closely with the business to bring in outstanding talent and build the capabilities that define long-term success

Candidate Requirements:

* Currently pursuing a bachelor degree in psychology, business administration, economics, engineering, or related fields
* Strong organizational capabilities, including the ability to initiate tasks independently and see them through to completion
* Ability in rational decision making based on data, facts, and logical reasoning
* Ability to create work product-focused materials / outputs
* Strong time management to meet your responsibilities in a complex and largely autonomous work environment
* Ability to work in-person in office at a minimum of 3 days per week
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and local office language(s)
