Job Description:
Team Introduction: The LATAM TV&Film Operations Team is part of Content Operations and partners with studios, entertainment publishers, creators, and KOLs to drive high-quality content growth and scale on TikTok. The team focuses on partner management, education and product adoption, strengthening a diverse ecosystem that engages and connects users to their favorite IPs. We are looking for a highly motivated intern to support Programs initiatives focused on driving creator engagement and growth within the TV & Film vertical across LATAM. This role will play a key part in scaling strategies, supporting campaign execution, and helping build frameworks that enable long-term impact. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in the execution of large-scale and upcoming product launches - Support the testing and rollout of promotional levers to drive creator participation and content output at scale - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth program implementation - Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, gaps, and optimization opportunities - Develop reports to track progress and inform decision-making - Translate data insights into actionable recommendations - Support the development and refinement of playbooks to standardize best practices - Document learnings from campaigns and tests to improve future program execution - Help build scalable frameworks that can be applied across multiple markets
Candidate Requirements:
