HR Engagement Intern

Key Tasks:
* Assist in the development and execution of employee engagement projects and programs.
* Coordinate and support company events, and well-being programs.
* Conduct research and gather data to identify trends and best practices in employee engagement.
* Create and distribute surveys to measure the effectiveness of engagement initiatives.
* Analyze survey results and provide recommendations for improvement.
* Develop internal communication materials to promote engagement activities and initiatives.
* Assist in creating newsletters, emails, and other communication tools to keep employees informed and engaged.
* Work closely with HR team members to align engagement projects with overall HR strategies.
* Collaborate with different departments to ensure engagement activities are inclusive and meet diverse employee needs.
* Provide administrative support for engagement-related meetings and events.
* Gather and analyze employee feedback to assess the impact of engagement activities.
* Assist in developing action plans based on feedback to enhance future engagement efforts.
* Monitor and report on the progress of engagement projects and initiatives.

* Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in employee engagement and workplace culture.
* Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
