About the opportunity

* Event Planning and Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of the internal & external events in the company.
* Logistical Support: Participate in the setup and breakdown of events, ensuring all materials are prepared and organized, and the office stock.
* Administrative Duties: Perform clerical tasks such as data entry, preparing reports, and maintaining event calendars.
* Community Engagement: Represent the organization at events and engage with attendees to promote a positive experience.
* Compliance: New Joiners document requirement.
* Managing the workplace is clean and comfortable for everyone.
* Standby at the front desk to support the employee needs.
* Other tasks assigned by the line manager.

What you need to be successful

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or another related field.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
* Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheet, Slide), experiences using Canva or Cap cut, or another tool is a plus.
* Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Previous internship or volunteer experience in HR, recruitment, or marketing is advantageous.
* Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
