About the job
Mission: Reporting to the Customer Solutions Project Manager, you will contribute to improving the end-to-end customer supply chain - from warehouse operations to final delivery. You will support initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and strengthen collaboration across logistics, customer operations, and analytics teams.
You will work on cross-functional topics connected to both logistics optimization and customer performance, supporting projects that span the full warehouse-to-customer flow.
More specifically, you will be responsible for
* Analyzing product availability and customer performance trends to help identify improvement opportunities and support decision-making across the full operational flow.
* Identifying operational inefficiencies and supporting corrective actions, contributing to progress tracking and helping teams improve performance.
* Helping improve ordering and delivery processes by identifying friction points, simplifying workflows, and recommending practical enhancements that strengthen the customer logistics experience.
* Developing a consolidated view of logistics and delivery performance, highlighting cost, efficiency, or service drivers across the warehouse-to-customer chain.
* Improving visibility and communication between the 3PL warehouse and customer order teams to prevent capacity bottlenecks, ensure smoother planning, and support proactive decision-making.
* Participating in the implementation or optimization of logistics processes, working with internal teams and external partners to support seamless operations.
* Contributing to the daily management of logistics operations, including operational follow-ups, issue resolution, routine tasks, and coordination with distribution centers.
The compensation for this internship ranges from $21.85 to $24.97 per hour, depending on the job responsibilities and the candidate's level of education or academic program.

* Student in logistics, operations management, industrial engineering, or a related field.
* Comfortable using Excel and interested in data analysis (knowledge of Power BI or Power Query is an asset but not required).
* Strong interest in supply chain and process improvement.
* Curious, proactive, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team.
* Ability to stay organized and manage multiple priorities.
