What is the opportunity?
The Client Complaints Appeal Office is looking for a dynamic candidate to play an important role and contribute to a transformational initiative. In order to implement the changes being made to our operating model, we are seeking a candidate that can bring a problem-solving mindset, that can demonstrate leadership skills without having authority and that is interested in learning about change management.
What will you do?
* Support management with initiatives including support with introduction of new tools and technology, process mapping and improvement
* Support management with regulatory changes/initiatives
* Provide support with data/compliance verification
* Support and reinforce targeted behaviours that contribute to RBC goals
* Accept and successfully execute change (processes, tools) while keeping a focus on business priorities
What do you need to succeed?
* Bilingualism (English and French) required, as you will regularly do business with RBC partners and/or employees across Canada with English and French speaking needs.
* Preferably, experience in roles involving client contact and conflict resolution or change management, project management, compliance, audit or administration.
* Detail oriented and ability to work well without direct daily supervision
