Commercial Operations Intern

Job Description:

The Position

Ensure comprehensive operational support for Commercial Operations processes through the management, administration and maintenance of critical data, ensuring the quality, consistency and availability of the information required by commercial teams. Contribute to the proper implementation of locally and regionally defined tools, platforms and operational processes to support the Company's commercial planning, field execution and strategic decision-making.

Tasks and responsibilities

* Data Management and Maintenance:

* Salesforce (tickets, access).
* Veeva Network (account harmonization and approval).
* Veeva Align (territories, lines, products).
* RLS Dashboards (updating according to current structure).
* Operational Execution and Information Quality Control:
* Review and monitoring of account plans.
* Data integrity and consistency control.
* Segmentation survey monitoring.
* Downloading and maintenance of daily and monthly data source.
* Documentation and Operational Analytics:
* Creation and maintenance of area regulations.
* Construction and updating of dashboards in Power BI (On Demand).
* Operational coordination of materials and logistics for events.

Requirements

Required:

* Final-year university student studying Industrial Civil Engineering, Business Administration, Statistics Engineering or Data Science.
* Must not have completed their degree programme.
* Proficiency in database management.
* Intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
* Knowledge of Power BI (creation and maintenance of dashboards).

Desirable:
* English level: Intermediate.
* Ability to ensure data integrity and consistency.
* Knowledge of operational flows and commercial planning tools
