Chile's Drive the Future Program is designed to strengthen JPMorganChase's early-career talent pipeline by attracting and developing recent graduates with their first professional experience.
Through a structured training and development experience, participants receive educational content designed to help them navigate the organization, develop key technical and interpersonal skills, and gain a deeper understanding of the JPMorganChase culture. In Chile, DTF opportunities are open to candidates who graduated within the last 12 months. Participants are hired for an initial 6-month period, with the possibility of extension up to 18 months based on participant performance, feedback, and business needs. This role requires full-time, in-person availability in Santiago de Chile only.
In this opportunity the Trade Lifecycle team is looking a new team member. The JPM Cash Equities line of business is seeking for new intern member to join Chile Operations group, based in Santiago. The role is responsible for the daily processing of transactions, settlement confirmation, document processing and chasing of their needed due diligence within the specified timelines and generation of regulatory reports. You will work closely with the other operations team to ensure the correct E2E of all trades, as well as the business, other LOBs and external counterparties for the proper coordination and delivery of all the needed tasks.
Job Responsibilities:
* Allocation and confirmation of local equity trades.
* Tracking of settlement according to the business needs.
* Generation and validation of regulatory reports to the CMF, NUAM and other entities.
* Active participation in projects to improve the operations flow
Job Requirements
* Advanced English proficiency
* Full-time availability to work in person
* Recent graduate (within the last 12 months)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills

* Basic knowledge of finance and accounting
* Strong data skills, including proficiency in Excel and working knowledge of Power BI and/or SQL, to analyze and interpret data to support decision-making
* Proficiency with AI tools (e.g., generative AI) to improve productivity, analysis, and problem-solving, using sound judgment and following applicable guidelines
