Top Creator Operation Project Intern (TikTok Shop, Beauty, Health & Personal Care) - 2026 Start (BS/MS)

Job Description:

The team is responsible for managing the top creators who have strong expertise in BHPC categories (Beauty, Health & Personal Care) within TikTok Shop VN. Team role focuses on creator onboarding, education, incubation, and advancement, ensuring healthy growth, activation, and long-term retention across key verticals. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Assist in conducting data analysis, identifying trends, and helping to drive business decisions. - Support ecommerce and influencer marketing initiatives, including coordination with KOLs/KOCs. - Participate in team meetings and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions. - Perform ad-hoc tasks and assignments as required to support the team's objectives

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently enrolled in University with Bachelor's degree program related to Business, Marketing, Statistics or a related field. - Possesses a proactive mindset, strong learning agility, and a positive working attitude. - Available to commit at least 4 days per week. - Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and take initiative.
