WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO HAVE

* Basic understanding of UI/UX design principles and ability to produce standard design deliverables
* Familiarity with digital product design processes and ability to work in fast-paced, iterative environments
* Curiosity about in-store experience and service design, with ability to translate observations into design insights across user journeys
* Interest in AI tools with hands-on exploration experience and ability to prototype AI-assisted workflows is a plus
* Good communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive mindset in cross-functional collaboration

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

* Support the exploration and design of end-to-end digital experiences across IKEA omnichannel touchpoints, including online and in-store services
* Participate in user research and in-store observations to understand customer behavior and identify opportunities across user journeys
* Create UX/UI design deliverables such as flows, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction concepts, and support rapid iteration and testing with cross-functional teams
* Contribute to mapping and improving user journeys across complex service ecosystems
* Collaborate with product designers, product managers, engineers, and store stakeholders to align on design direction and execution
