Job Description:
What you will do:
* Assist human resources personnel with daily operational support.
* Provide support in organizing and coordinating training sessions and development programs.
* Perform various administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and document management.
* Facilitate effective communication across different departments to ensure smooth HR operations.
* Help maintain and update employee records and HR databases for accuracy and compliance.
* Support recruitment and onboarding processes as required.
* Assist in employee engagement activities and internal events
Candidate Requirements:
What you should have:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Hospitality, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Strong interest in human resources and hospitality industry.
* Good administrative and organizational skills, with keen attention to detail.
* Able to handle repetitive and tedious tasks with professionalism and patience.
* Effective communication skills in English & Cantonese are required, both written and spoken; knowledge of Mandarin is a plus.
* Proactive, reliable, and able to work collaboratively in a team environment.
* Comfortable in a fast-paced, multicultural workplace
