Job Responsibilities/ 工作职责 :

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you'll be part of the squad powering our mission to bring the ultimate gaming experience to players worldwide. You'll gain hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment and employer branding initiatives while working alongside a passionate, fast-moving team that thrives on impact.

What You'll Do
* Talent sourcing & screening: Support the Talent Acquisition team in sourcing candidates through various platforms (e.g., Boss Zhipin & Liepin), resume screening, talent search, interview scheduling (onsite/virtual), and offer follow-up.
* Recruitment operations: Provide end-to-end recruitment support for Young Talent across Chengdu, Shanghai, and Shenzhen, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
* Campus engagement: Partner with universities to meet Young Talent hiring needs, define role profiles, and develop recruitment strategies.
* Employer branding: Operate Chengdu campus recruitment programs (online info sessions, written tests/interviews, referrals, tech community engagement, student club collaborations) and employer branding activities
* HR support: Assist HR team with employee activities in Chengdu.

What We're Looking For
* Undergraduate or graduate students (all majors welcome).
* Passion for talent acquisition.
* Team player, proactive, and eager to learn.
* English skills: Chengdu university resource are a plus.
* Adhere to high ethical standards and comply with all regulations / applicable laws
* Able to commit full-time for 6 months (minimum 4 days per week)
