Description for Candidates
This internship provides hands-on experience in enterprise digital transformation, focusing on AI Agent development and data-driven automation. Interns will work on real solution building, assist in engineering tasks, and collaborate across teams to support project execution.
Key activities include:
* Supporting the design and implementation of AI Agents (workflow automation, prompt pipelines, or tool integrations).
* Participating in data preparation, analysis, and visualization.
* Assisting with MCP server setup, environment configuration, or internal tool integration.
* Contributing to documentation, testing, and iterative optimization of AI solutions. Qualifications and Competencies Required Skills
* Basic programming skills, preferably Python.
* Hands-on experience or interest in building AI Agents (Copilot Studio, GitHub Copilot, LangChain agents, or similar frameworks).
* Ability to work with data analysis or visualization tools (Pandas, Power BI, Jupyter Notebook, etc.).
* Understanding of LLM-based application development (prompt design, workflow orchestration, or tool integration).
* Strong learning ability and communication skills. Preferred Skills
* Experience with AI automation tools or enterprise digital platforms.
* Knowledge of cloud platforms (Azure preferred) or enterprise integration services. Additional Responsibilities Unique to this Position Core Responsibilities
* Participate in AI Agent design, implementation, and optimization.
* Support data analysis, visualization, and digital automation tasks.
* Complete assigned tasks under mentor guidance and deliver routine progress updates. Required Qualifications
* Programming fundamentals (Python).
* Data analysis capability.
* Interest in AI application scenarios. Preferred Qualifications
* Experience with machine learning or predictive modeling.
* Familiarity with enterprise digital tools or workflow automation services
