The Internship Experience 
Hasbro's Summer Internship Program offers a behind-the-scenes look at how a global play and entertainment company operates- paired with the opportunity to make a real impact.  
Interns are fully embedded on their teams and trusted to own meaningful business projects aligned to team priorities. Throughout the summer, you'll contribute to work that matters while also being part of a broader global intern cohort, gaining exposure to professional development sessions, networking opportunities, and leadership engagement designed to support your growth and learning. 
 
What You Will Do as a Sourcing Intern
* Support the execution of global sourcing strategies for assigned product categories
* Assist with supplier research, evaluation, and onboarding, including data gathering and documentation
* Help track supplier performance related to cost, quality, delivery, and compliance
* Support cost analysis, productivity initiatives, and value-engineering efforts
* Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Project Management
* Maintain sourcing documentation, reports, and data accuracy in internal systems
* Assist with identifying sourcing risks and escalating issues as appropriate
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the sourcing and supply network

What You'll Bring
* Current undergraduate or graduate student (Spring 2026 graduates not eligible)
* Available to work full-time
* At least one year of study in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field
* Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
* Intermediate skills in Excel, Word, Outlook, and web-based tools
* Interest in global manufacturing, sourcing, and consumer product development

* Passion for collaboration, play, and consumer product development

Program Details 
* Interview Timeline: February - April 
* Summer Internship Program Dates:
* Start: Late June (target June 22) 
* End: Late August (target August 21) 
* Commitment: Full-time (40 hours/week) 
* Location: Hong Kong
