Summer Intern (Operations)

Job Description:

Working Location: Tsing Yi

Job Duties:

* Collect and analyze operational data related to undelivered shipments, including exception volumes, root causes, and closure lead times
* Identify and recommend opportunities to streamline operational workflows (e.g., handling of undelivered shipments), addressing process gaps and potential issues
* Collaborate with team members to gather insights and understand operational pain points
* Perform basic root cause analysis to support continuous improvement initiatives
* Prepare initial findings and develop presentation materials to summarize observations for presenting to Ground Operations Management

Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (or ongoing studies) in Logistics, Transportation & Logistics Management, Supply Chain Management, or related disciplines
* Proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
* Good command of spoken and written Cantonese and English
* Strong interest in pursuing a career in the logistics and express industry
* Prior experience in data analysis, part-time work, or internships is an advantage
