【2025秋招】Rider Experience Trainee

Job Description:

1. Conducting researches in local rider commuties around riders' experince.​2. Design and build localized rider service system and strategies to enhance rider experience.​3. Collabrate with product team on build product features to optimize piplines of delivery.​4. Develop feedback channels and collect rider feedback to optimize strategies and products

Candidate Requirements:

1. Strong team management and communication skills, capable of effectively leading and motivating team members while fostering cross-team collaboration.​2. Results-driven, highly self-motivated, and quick-learning, with strong resilience. Able to draw insights from diverse domains and apply them rapidly, adapt to market uncertainties, and embrace innovation and breakthroughs.​3. Both fluent in English and Portuguese
