Job Summary:

Hong Kong Disneyland Resort is now hiring Interns for and Stage Management in Entertainment Operations Team and Entertainment Production Team. You'll learn essential communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and team leadership skills.

Show Operations, Stage Management (Entertainment Operations)
(May - September, 2026)
* Assist in the coordination and integration of all show elements during the cast change rehearsal period, cross trainings of parade, atmosphere or show performances.
* Prepare schedules and other relevant paperwork.
* Coordinate show maintenance activities.
* Develop basic concept of show operation in decision making and problem solving.

Stage Management, Events (Production)
(July - September, 2026 or September - December, 2026)
* Produce, plan, coordinate, manage and run seasonal events and corporate events
* Participate in the production process of seasonal event or special events
* Participate in seasonal events or special events
* Provide assistance to Stage Manager, Event

Requirements:
* Current university students or associate degree students graduating in or after 2026, majoring in Arts design, Theatre Entertainment Management, Theatre and Entertainment Arts, Event Management, Audio, Video and Lighting engineering or any other related disciplines.
* Energetic, strong team-players and passionate about Disney.
* Excellent command of English and Chinese, including both spoken Cantonese and Putonghua.
* Have the right of abode in Hong Kong SAR.
* Must be available for a full-time internship for three consecutive months between the periods mentioned above.
* Previous work experience at Disney theme parks will be considered as an added advantage.
