Job Description:

Job Summary
This position provides direct support to the department by assisting with analysis, research, reporting, and preparation of presentation materials. He/She researches results to address specific business needs, perform data analyses, and create recommendations based on findings. This position communicates results to key stakeholders and proactively addresses related issues.

Responsibilities:
* Develops actionable research objectives to address key business issues.
* Performs analysis, analyzes data, and interprets findings to ensure comprehensive understanding of results before presenting to stakeholders.
* Maintains an understanding of current market and industry practices to leverage existing knowledge and optimize the development of customer analysis.
* Communicates findings and insights from analysis to key stakeholders.

Qualifications:

* Currently or recently enrolled in an accredited college or university program
* Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
* Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
