The Role

This is an inspiring B2B marketing internship in Shanghai. It's a fantastic chance to get real, hands-on experience in strategic events and content for the China market. You'll work with state-of-the-art technology and learn key practices in the fast-growing Life Sciences industry within a supportive global company.
What You'll Do
* Marketing Events: Manage customer and industry events from start to finish, handling from logistics and vendor support to on-site execution and summarizing the success of the event
* Creating Materials: Assist in managing and updating our essential marketing tools, including localized brochures, sales support guides, and company giveaways
* Website Content: Help keep our company webpages accurate and up-to-date, ensuring all customer-facing content is high-quality and reflects our brand
* Success Stories: Support the team in developing compelling customer stories that show how our solutions help the industry
* Complete other tasks assigned by your manager that contribute to the team's success
Requirements
* Currently enrolled in an accredited university; majors in Marketing, Communications, English, Life Sciences or Computer are a plus
* Commitment to working 3-5 full days per week for at least 6 months
* Fluent in both English and Mandarin (writing and speaking)
* Strong copywriting and PC skills (Microsoft Office/Google Workspace)
* You take ownership of your work and pay close attention to detail
* A genuine interest in and passion for B2B technology marketing
Nice to Have
* Some past experience (through school or a previous internship) in event planning or project support
* Experience with digital content creation tools like GenAI, Photoshop (PS), video editing software, or familiarity with AI tools used in marketing
* A strong portfolio or examples of your previous writing work
