The Position

AI Agent Intern - AIDD

Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain agentic workflows and multi-agent platforms to automate and enhance scientific research tasks.
* Leverage and evaluate the advanced LLM's capabilities over complex scientific data, protocols, and literature.
* Integrate various internal and external data sources, APIs, and computational tools into the agent platform through MCP and RAG systems.
* Communicate with drug discovery scientists (end-users) to iteratively improve the functionality, performance, and user experience of the developed agents and platforms.

Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant technical field (e.g., Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Cheminformatics);
* Demonstrated strong interest and hands-on proficiency in developing AI agents, LLM applications, or multi-agent systems.
* Experience with relevant libraries and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LangGraph, Dify).
* Experience with prompt, context and harness engineering.
* Foundational knowledge of biological or chemical concepts or experience in applying agentic systems for biomedical or drug discovery.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in both Chinese and English.
