BSS/Wireless Products Trainee（ZTE）

Job Description:

What you'll do (JD/JS)

* Support RAN equipment roll out, commissioning, integration procedures under the supervision of senior engineers
* Assist with technical support, routine maintenance tasks, and troubleshooting
* Monitor alarm reports from the OMC system and assist in handling alarms
* Actively participate in technical training to build and improve RAN maintenance skills
* Assist in receiving and analyzing faults escalated from the Level 1 Engineer team, under guidance, and support ticket management in the OSS system
* Cooperate with other teams such as the RF optimization team
* Respect all internal rules and regulations related to work, administrative tasks, reports, and company internal order regulations
* Perform other activities, according to skills developed, on direct manager's request

What we'll need (Requirement)

* The Candidates must be current university students who have not yet graduated and are committed to graduating in the future, and she/he should be in communications, computer science, electronics, or related majors.
* Basic knowledge of 2G/3G/4G/5G Radio Access Network Technologies
* Basic knowledge of computers, and TCP/IP networks
* Willingness to learn, strong motivation, and ability to work under supervision. Be conscientious, pragmatic, and creative.
* Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment
* Able to communicate in English

Preferred Skills

* Prior internship or academic project experience related to telecom/RAN networks is a plus
* Have good communication skills and teamwork spirit
