We are seeking a motivated and self-driven intern to join our Customer Services team supporting the Eurofighter program. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in end-to-end order management, cross-functional collaboration across EMEA sites, and exposure to SAP and operational workflows.

Key responsibilities:

* Perform administrative tasks to support Senior Customer Experience Professionals and the customer.
* Update Excel or database system based order status files with accurate and timely information.
* Communicate with external vendors and internal site points of contact to gather detailed repair or manufacturing status of materials and expedite deliveries
* Maintain and manage order book files to support dedicated Customer Service Representatives.
* Participate in cross-functional activities across multiple EMEA sites.
* Learn and apply SAP processes related to order management.

Key skills and qualifications:

* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field.
* Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks with minimal supervision.
* Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
