Your Role And Responsibilities

* Assist senior consultants and business analysts in collecting and documenting business requirements related to Quality Management.
* Support in preparing functional specifications for reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms (WRICEF objects).
* Participate in workshops with business users to understand operational needs.
* Perform basic configuration activities in SAP QM (Quality Management) modules under the guidance of senior consultants.
* Prepare and execute unit testing and integration testing scenarios for QM processes.
* Record test results, identify defects, and assist in troubleshooting issues.
* Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensure that business requirements are met.
* Provide first-level support for SAP QM users, including issue resolution and ticket handling.

Required Technical And Professional Expertise

* Basic Knowledge of SAP QM and Quality Inspection Process
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, team members, and stakeholders

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
* Strong Background in Business Operation
