**Internship Opportunity - Exclusive for RSM Trainee Program Graduates**

As a Quality Assurance & Data Analytics Intern at RSM, you could support both software testing and/or data-driven solution delivery. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring software quality while also assisting in building reports, analyzing data, and supporting client-focused solutions.
You will collaborate with QA teams, consultants, and cross-functional stakeholders to execute testing activities and develop insights through data. This is a hands-on opportunity to build technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Responsibilities
* Execute application testing activities, including manual, regression, and basic automation testing
* Develop, maintain, and document test cases, test scenarios, and testing results
* Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring proper follow-up and resolution
* Assist in user acceptance testing and validation of system functionality
* Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and scorecards using a variety of tools to support business insights and decision-making
* Track testing progress, defect metrics, and performance indicators, ensuring accurate and timely reporting to stakeholders
* Analyze data sets using SQL and Excel to identify trends, inconsistencies, and actionable insights
* Support the creation of demonstration scenarios, prototypes, and reporting models to showcase solutions
* Assist in documenting business and reporting requirements, translating them into actionable deliverables
* Collaborate with cross-functional and global teams to support ongoing projects and client engagements
* Provide regular status updates, including progress tracking, risks, and key findings
* Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to improve processes, reporting, and solution quality

Basic Qualifications
* Understanding of software quality assurance concepts and testing processes
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to track tasks and follow processes
* Effective written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to quickly learn new tools, technologies, and business processes
* Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on quality, accuracy, and continuous improvement
* Fluent in Spanish and English with strong communication skills

Preferred Qualifications
* Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Business, or related field
* Basic knowledge of SQL for data querying and manipulation
* Familiarity with testing tools such as Azure DevOps, TFS, or similar platforms
* Experience building reports or dashboards using data visualization tools
* Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
* Exposure to data modeling, reporting frameworks, or basic programming concepts is a plus
