About The Role

We are looking for a highly motivated Competitive Intelligence Intern to support our Rides Finance team with data-driven insights that drive competitive advantage and new market expansion.

This role offers a unique opportunity to work on market data collection, business modelling, and reporting, identifying opportunities to maximise growth and profitability of our ride-hailing business on a global scale.

Your Daily Adventures

* Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments, identifying key opportunities and threats.
* Test and analyse multiple data sources, applying statistical methods to determine confidence levels and establish a single source of truth.
* Develop, refine, and automate reports to improve visibility on operational and financial metrics.
* Collaborate with 35+ teams to ensure smooth and reliable data collection and reporting.

About You

* You are pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Finance, Engineering, Statistics, Business, or another quantitative field.
* You are fluent in English and can communicate effectively with stakeholders globally.
* You are passionate about interpreting complex data and turning it into actionable insights.
* You are familiar with SQL and strong in Google Sheets or Microsoft Excel; knowledge of statistical methods or automation (Apps Script/VBA) is a plus.
* You are curious, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage deadlines while handling sensitive financial information responsibly.
