This Maintenance Technician Traineeship is an opportunity to learn a mix of complex hard and soft skills including knowledge of equipment and working methods in electronics manufacturing, technologies in use including the latest and greatest as well as previous generations technologies still in use as well as what are the safety polices and procedures. In terms of soft skills, you will learn to collaborate in a truly global team, how to tackle and approach production related problems in an efficient and respectful manner. Opportunity to become more self-organization, analyse data to guide your decision making and professional contacts are established for future employment.
What you will do:
* Support and maintenance of production lines (replacement of faulty equipment parts).
* Maintenance of robots and pumps for applying paste.
* Maintenance of production lifting mechanisms and grippers for finished products.
The skills you bring:
* Vocational or university students studying mechatronics or mechanics
* Basic knowledge in mechatronics, mechanics, and pneumatics
* Curious, passionate individuals eager to bring fresh ideas, adapt to change and learn quickly
* Candidates who are willing to take initiative, challenge themselves, and make a positive impact
* High proficiency in English, both verbal and written
