Job Description:

POSITION SUMMARY

The Kitchen Attachee supports the Culinary Department in the preparation, handling, and presentation of food while maintaining high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality. This role provides trainees with practical, hands-on exposure to professional kitchen operations, including food preparation, kitchen organization, and sanitation procedures. Under the supervision of Chefs and Kitchen Supervisors, the attachee assists with daily kitchen tasks, follows established recipes and standards, and demonstrates a positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and teamwork.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATION
Positions Open to Fiji Citizens Only!
Education: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience.
Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience.
License or Certification: None
