Digitalization & Automation Trainee

Job Description:

Our Cloud Platform team is looking for a Digitalization & Automation Trainee to help drive smarter, more efficient ways of working through modern digital tools. In this role, you will contribute to real transformation initiatives: automating workflows, improving data visibility, strengthening SharePoint governance, and enhancing internal communications. You'll work hands-on with Microsoft 365 tools and collaborate across teams, gaining practical experience in digital transformation and enterprise operations. This is a great opportunity for a curious and proactive student who wants to make a visible impact while building highly relevant digital and automation skills.

* Educational recommendations: BSc / MSc studies in Engineering, Information Systems, Business or related field
* Location: Espoo

* Design and implement digital workflows using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power Automate) to simplify everyday work
* Develop and improve automation solutions that reduce manual effort and increase efficiency
* Support Power BI reporting and help improve data visibility for better decision-making
* Drive SharePoint content organization, governance practices, and information accessibility
* Contribute to creating clear, engaging internal communications and reusable knowledge assets
* Support governance routines, including JIRA tracking, follow-ups, and coordination activities

Candidate Requirements:

* Ongoing BSc/MSc level studies in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Teams, Power BI, Power Automate)
* Fluency in written and spoken English
* Strong organizational and documentation skills with attention to detail
* Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with interest in digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement
Would be also nice if you had:
* Experience with workflow automation or low-code tools
* Familiarity with JIRA or similar task/project management tools
* Interest in data analytics and reporting (e.g., Power BI)
* Ability to work effectively in a multi-stakeholder, fast-paced environment
