Description du poste
We're looking for a Quality Coordinator to ensure that the products we ship meet top-quality standards. You'll inspect items before they're packed, coordinate with boutiques and customers about quality concerns, manage returns and exchanges, and handle customer complaints related to product issues. You'll also work closely with the logistics team and customer service team to ensure smooth operations from order to delivery. This role is all about attention to detail, teamwork, and problem-solving.
The ideal candidate will have basic knowledge of fashion, luxury garments, textiles, and materials to ensure that all products meet the standards expected by our customers.
What You'll Do
Quality Checks & Order Fulfillment
- Inspect products before packing to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Identify and report any defects or issues before shipping.
- Keep records of quality checks and recurring product issues.
- Work closely with the quality team to ensure consistent standards.
Coordination & Communication
-Act as the link between the team, boutiques, and customers for quality-related concerns.
- Work with the logistics team to track orders, returns, and exchanges.
- Follow up with boutiques to ensure timely shipments and returns.
- Keep customer service informed about quality issues to help resolve customer concerns.
Returns & Exchanges
- Track and follow up on customer returns and exchange requests.
- Check returned products for quality issues before restocking or sending them back to partner boutiques.
- Ensure exchange orders are processed correctly and returned on time.
Handling Customer Complaints
-Respond to customer complaints about product quality and find a solution.
- Work with customer service and the quality team to investigate and resolve issues.
- Provide feedback to suppliers and vendors about quality concerns to prevent future issues.

Basic knowledge of order management and tracking systems : Familiar enough to use these tools effectively.
Requirements:
Degree in Fashion, Fashion Business, or a related field.
No prior experience required - we'll provide training for the right candidate!
A passion for fashion, textiles, and luxury goods is a plus
