Job Description

POSITION AND MISSIONS
You are joining the Asset Services Department within the Expertise team composed of 3 employees for a 6-month internship starting from March 2026.
In collaboration with your tutor, your main tasks will be:
* Real Estate Appraisals Campaign (quarterly / semi-annual periodicity according to the companies managed):
* Information collection;
* Organization of meetings;
* Analysis of valuation projects;
* Active participation in valuation meetings with external real estate experts and asset managers (and fund managers), with writing a report;
* Monitoring and validation of values and drafting valuation notes.
* Reporting of Asset Management Activity: monitoring of main indicators.
