Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Law (Master 1 or Master 2), ideally with a specialization in Corporate Law, Business Law, M&A, or equivalent. Previous internship experience in a law firm or in-house legal department is a plus. Strong academic record. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both French and English. Demonstrated autonomy, proactivity, and a strong sense of initiative. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks and prioritizing effectively. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to conduct thorough legal research. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
