Description du poste

L'Écrin is offering a two-month internship within its boutique located at ATELIER TULIPE in Le Marais, Paris. This internship is ideal for someone passionate about vintage fashion, luxury retail, styling, and client experience.

The intern will assist in the daily operations of the boutique, with a strong focus on sales, customer relations, vintage product knowledge, and visual presentation. The role involves welcoming and advising an international clientele, assisting with merchandising, maintaining the boutique's image, and developing an understanding of luxury vintage pieces and their history.
The internship offers a hands-on immersion into the world of curated vintage fashion and independent luxury retail in Paris.

Responsibilities include:
* Welcoming and advising clients in the boutique
* Assisting with sales and customer experience
* Developing knowledge of vintage designer garments and accessories
* Supporting visual merchandising and boutique presentation
* Assisting with inventory organisation and product preparation
* Participating in social media content and boutique communication when needed
* Maintaining the overall elegance and organisation of the space
* Location: 44 rue de Turenne, 75003 Paris
Duration: 2 months (unpaid internship)
Customer Base: International tourists, fashion clients, collectors, and local Parisians
Language Requirements: French and English preferred

* Strong interest in designer pieces, fashion history, and craftsmanship
* Comfortable with client interaction and luxury customer service
* Organised, detail-oriented, and proactive
* Good presentation and communication skills
* Interest in independent fashion boutiques and curated retail environments
* French and English preferred
* Previous retail or fashion experience is appreciated but not required
