I'm Emma Binois, a photographer and art director based in Paris. I work with brands, artists, and institutions to create impactful visuals combining storytelling, aesthetics, and strategy.

Between photo shoots, art direction, content creation, and developing my freelance activity, I'm currently looking for an efficient and proactive intern to support me on a daily basis and actively contribute to the growth of my projects.

01. Pitching & Brand Outreach Support

Research & Targeting
→ Conduct brand research within fashion, lifestyle, and cultural sectors
→ Identify relevant contacts (AD, Creative Directors, Art Buyers)

Pitch Preparation
→ Research concepts and visual references
→ Create moodboards in collaboration with me (visual and written)
→ Prepare pitch decks and PDF presentations
→ Adapt pitches to each brand's tone, format, and visual identity

Outreach & Follow-up
→ Contact brands, PR agencies, and creative teams
→ Support outreach via email, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn
→ Track sent pitches and follow-ups using Notion
→ Organise responses and next steps

02. Pre-Production Support

Concept & Creative Direction
→ Conduct visual and cultural research (artists, films, books, trends)
→ Support storytelling and narrative development
→ Help refine creative concepts into practical, shootable ideas

Logistics & Organisation
→ Assist with production timelines
→ Prepare shot lists and call sheets in collaboration with me and the AD
→ Support location research and scouting
→ Help with studio research and booking

Team & Casting
→ Research models and casting profiles
→ Assist in contacting agencies and independent talent
→ Support styling logistics (pulls, returns, fittings)
→ Assist with hair and makeup coordination

Long-Term Structure
→ Assist with portfolio updates
→ Support website updates
→ Apply to grants, open calls, and opportunities
→ Assist with publication submissions

Profil recherché

* Prior experience in sales, marketing, or communication
* Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
* Comfortable with outreach and partnership building
* Organized, proactive, and results-oriented
* Interest in fashion, creative industries, and art
Note: The internship is for 2 months unpaid, mandatory Internship Convention.
