* Involvement in the preparation of preliminary payroll documentation
* Participation in the organizational climate survey process
* Involvement in organizational structure and personnel analytics/reportingТребования:
* Graduates or final-year students in Business Administration or Social Sciences
* Internship experience in HR, administrative work, or documentation management will be considered an advantage
* Foreign language proficiency: English at B2+ level
* Knowledge of MS Office programs, especially MS Excel
* Effective communication skills
* Analytical thinking
* Attention to detail
* Availability to work full-time
