Working Student Financial Planning & Analysis (m/f/d)

Job Description:

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Support month-end close activities, including reviewing cost center PLs and determining necessary accrual postings
* Support in the quarterly forecasting process with data preparation & template updates
* Maintenance and distribution of monthly financial performance reports
* Support report set-up and automation, incl. building/maintaining reporting templates and standard outputs
* Create and update checklists for planning and closing cycles
* Take over documentation and creation of standard operating procedures
* Budget assistance: support template maintenance, input consolidation, quality checks and analysis for annual budgets

YOUR PROFILE:
* Enrolled in university with a focus on finance, business informatics or comparable
* First experience in a relevant field, e.g. through internships or as working student
* Fluent in German and English
* Strong MS Excel skills; knowledge of PowerBI is a plus
* Good understanding of numbers and an analytical approach to work
* Your working style: Independent and proactive while managing multiple tasks simultaneously
* Collaborative, team-first attitude with strong communication skills
