You'll make an impact by
* You support the documentation and visualization of IT architectures by creating and updating technical documents as well as illustrating system landscapes and process flows
* In close cooperation with architects and developers, you help capture technical details and ensure that our knowledge base in Confluence is well-structured and up-to-date
* Additionally, you assist in the development of templates and documentation standards to continuously improve the quality of our IT documentation
* You contribute to IT Service Management processes by supporting activities such as incident, problem, and change management, while also preparing service-related data for reporting purposes
* Finally, you take on general administrative tasks and participate in departmental projects, ensuring smooth coordination within the team

* Education: You are currently enrolled in a degree program in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field
* Experience and Skills:
* You have very good skills in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel); experience with tools such as Draw.io or MS Visio is a plus
* You have initial experience or a strong interest in IT architecture or IT service management topics
* You are comfortable working with technical documentation and have an affinity for structuring information
* Ways of Working: You enjoy organizing topics, maintaining an overview, and are characterized by flexibility, commitment, reliability, and the ability to work independently
* Languages: You have strong communication skills in both German and English, written and spoken
