Your tasks Whether it's a compulsory or voluntary internship - As an intern/flexicant (m/f/d), you will definitely benefit from attractive remuneration and will support the team with the following responsible tasks from 01.01.2027: Concept development & specification: You actively support the development of sustainable IT concepts, user stories and detailed specifications Requirements analysis: You help to precisely record, structure and translate business requirements into technical solutions Customizing & Integration: You are involved in the adaptation of standard software and the customer-specific customizing of system solutions Project experience on site: You will support the technical implementation and implementation directly in the project environment - if required, also together with the customer's team Teamwork & collaboration: Interfacing within a team and bringing in your own ideas to optimize existing processes Learning curve: taking on smaller subtasks independently with room for your personal and professional development That's what you bring Ongoing studies: Enrolled in an industrial engineering degree program with a focus on electrical engineering, media informatics or a comparable field Basics of software development: First practical experience and basic understanding of programming and IT concepts Requirements analysis: Interest and initial knowledge in requirements engineering and the preparation of IT specifications Software customizing: motivation to learn how to adapt and configure standard and customer-specific software solutions Analytical way of thinking: excellent problem-solving skills and structured working methods Communication & team spirit: High communication skills and enjoyment of agile collaboration within a team and with customers Language skills: Very good written and spoken German and English An advantage, but not a must Basic project management skills Familiarity with digital collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint, Miro) First practical experience through previous internships or working student jobs in the IT or telecommunications environment What we offer Flexible working hours & mobile working: Flexibly adapt your working hours to your studies and take advantage of the opportunity to work in a hybrid way Exciting insights & personal responsibility: Gain practical experience in IT and telecommunications topics and bring your own ideas directly to the team Personal support & development: A permanent team member will accompany you throughout your internship (Flexicum) and support your professional and personal development Modern working environment: Benefit from modern office equipment and digital collaboration tools in Darmstadt Network & community: Network with other interns and young professionals and make valuable contacts for your later career start This position is also available on a part-time basis.
