Become part of the Center Coordination PT/M (Powertrain / Engines) and experience how Mercedes-Benz engines are built. Around 2000 employees produce the heart of our cars in our Center.
The Center Coordination directly supports the management of the Center. We coordinate all overarching tasks, such as personnel coordination, safety, environmental and energy issues, efficiency management, overarching projects and initiatives, internal communication and process development as well as standards and methods. Our team consists of highly motivated colleagues who look forward to your support. We are committed and always work for and with each other. During your internship in Center Coordination Engines, you will gain an insight into the complex processes of engine production in Europe, the management structure in high-level management and cooperation with numerous internal partners, such as planning, quality management, logistics and controlling.
By participating in current projects and tasks, you will have the opportunity to implement your innovative ideas and redesign processes. We look forward to having you as part of our team!
These are the tasks that await you:
* Collaboration in operational and organizational tasks and direct support of the management of engine production
* Participation in the internal structuring of the team and daily tasks, including action tracking and ensuring regular communication
* Assisting with the preparation of presentation documents for top management
* Assisting with the conception, organization and preparation of workshops, town halls and other events
* Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of committees and working groups
* Preparation and transparent presentation of data, e.g. as a basis for decision-making
* Working on projects in collaboration with the team, managers and related departments
* Participation in the further development of the internal communication concept and optimization of existing initiatives, as well as the development and implementation of measures
* Editorial preparation and writing of texts for internal channels, with associated image and video creation if necessary
* Support and further development of our internal social intranet presence

Qualifikationen

* Degree in communications / economics, marketing, business administration / economics, industrial engineering, humanities / social sciences or a comparable course of study
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Confident written and spoken German and English skills
* Enjoy creating image and video material
* Quick comprehension and agility
* Analytical mindset and structured way of working
* Creative ideas and good communication skills with the necessary sensitivity
* Organizational skills and reliability
Please note that your internship at this location must include a prescribed mandatory component.
