We, the VAN HR Management team, are responsible for HR work for managers and employees of the VAN division at the Stuttgart site. We advise managers in all HR-related areas and manage overarching HR issues. We are also the link between the works council work at the Stuttgart site and the employees. Do you have a keen interest in HR work in a corporate group, would you like to gain a deep insight into the processes and procedures and love variety in challenging activities? Then we are looking for you!
Your tasks with us will include
* Assisting in advising managers and employees on issues relating to HR tools and HR processes, such as remuneration, recruiting, disciplinary issues and HR development
* Administrative and conceptual work in our team, in day-to-day business on a variety of HR topics, for example the management of structural and personnel changes, hiring and dismissals, as well as coordination with the specialist department, works council and HR departments
* Assisting with the preparation and follow-up of staff appraisals
* Administration and organization of personnel documents
* Interface management between HR managers, the HR Service Center and the specialist department

Qualifikationen

* Degree in business administration, social sciences or a comparable course of study, preferably with a focus on human resources
* Proficient in written and spoken German and English
* Confident handling of MS Office
* Responsible and structured way of working, administrative and coordinative skills as well as motivation
* Good comprehension skills and the ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new processes and IT applications
* Initial practical experience, preferably in human resources desirable
