In this role, you will work closely with the Internal Venturing Team to identify and develop future business opportunities for ZEISS.

Your Role

* Actively support the Internal Venturing Team in all business validation processes (program management, community management, workshops, events)
* Assist in the support and management of internal portfolio projects
* Contribute to the preparation of decision-making materials for key decision gates
* Help structure and maintain internal knowledge bases or opportunity pipelines
* Apply and further develop existing tools and methods
* Gain comprehensive insights into ZEISS's business and technology developments

Your Profile

* Ongoing studies ideally in a master's degree in a technical and/or business-related field like innovation, strategy or similar
* Proven excellent academic performance
* Relevant practical experience in entrepreneurship/start-ups and/or incubators/accelerators
* Passion for innovation, new ideas, and technologies
* Some basic knowledge of innovation and management
* Strong ability to work in an open, independent, precise, and reliable manner
* High level of initiative and problem-solving ability
* Very good English skills and are proficient in MS Office
