Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role

* Organizational talent: You support and coordinate processes until release
* Teamwork is dreamwork: You support Process Owners and Process Consultants
* Take responsibility: You are involved in the documentation of business processes in a professional tool
* Keep the overview: You perform editorial work and graphical representation of the processes
* Reliable work: You take over requests for documentation and implementation in the tool
* Project support: You support in process improvement projects and independently support in research and digitalization initiatives

Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Study field: You are currently studying (Business) Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Communication Studies or similar
* Skills: You have strong communication skills and preciseness, moreover you are experienced with MS Office
* Personality: You fit well in a team environment and appreciate team work
* Language skills: You have very good English skills, German is a plus

* Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That's why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
* Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
* You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
