We are seeking a highly motivated Intern Global Production (m/f/d) to join our team in Hamburg. Stellenbeschreibung We are looking for a curious, proactive intern to join our Global Production team at an exciting time of evolution and growth. This role offers real exposure to international campaign production - from early creative development through pre-production and delivery. You will work alongside producers on global brands, supporting live projects while helping strengthen the operational backbone of the department. This is not a purely administrative role. It is a hands-on insight and entry point into commercial production within a fast-moving, forward-looking team Verantwortlichkeiten Production Workflow & Project Coordination Support live global projects by maintaining timelines and production trackers (Asana) Monitor key milestones and help flag risks early Contribute to improving team processes and workflow clarity Creative & Development Support Assist with treatment deck formatting and visual research Support casting and vendor research Help consolidate director comparisons and creative references Prepare summaries for internal and production meetings Assistant Producing (Progressive Responsibility) Following onboarding and depending on performance: Support internal budget comparisons and budget tracking Assist in managing selected digital projects under supervision Contribute to pre-production planning and documentation Participate in selected production calls and discussions Qualifikationen You are currently an enrolled student in a degree program closely related towards media, film, production, adverstising, marketing or business You are looking for a mandatory internship according to your study programm for a duration of 4 to 6 months You are eager to learn, to show initative and curious about how large-scale productions come together You are highly organised and detail-oriented Communication is your strength, especially interculturally - you are fluent in English You have experience working with Mircosoft Office programs and maybe even project management tools (e.g., Asana) Zusatzinformationen You will gain Direct exposure to global commercial production Insight into budgeting, director selection, and pre-production strategy Understanding of how creative ideas translate into execution Experience working in an international, cross-market team Increasing responsibility based on performance We offer Meaningful hands-on experience in global production Exposure to live commercial campaigns Structured mentorship from experienced producers A collaborative, international working environment a sneak peak into creation along with our Senior Creatives The opportunity to grow into greater responsibility the opportunity to attend postproduction and approval sessions Would you like to join our team and contribute your passion for production in an international environment?
