Job Description:

In Germany - Berlin | Bonn | Cologne

Join our Talent and Career Management team as an intern and gain hands-on experience in a dynamic, international environment, supporting key HR processes and stakeholder collaboration.

Ideally, you are available for a full-time internship for around six months.

How You Will Create An Impact

* You monitor and prioritize incoming requests related to our Performance Management Process (PMDP) and respective tool.
* You categorize tool inquiries, provide responses, and escalate complex cases.
* You coordinate with stakeholders (Local HR, Staffing, Consultants) and track open topics and action items.
* You maintain and update PMDP-related FAQs, communication materials, and internal documentation, identifying areas for further development.
* You support data and dashboard processes, including access management, data checks, and analyses.

About You

* You are a bachelor's or master's student in economics, human resources, psychology, or a related field.
* You have gained initial work or internship experience, ideally in an HR-related area.
* You are well-organized and able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks efficiently.
* You communicate clearly and feel comfortable interacting with different stakeholders.
* You are fluent in English; German and other languages are a plus.
* You are proficient in MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and work independently, reliably, and with strong attention to detail in an international environment.
