Who are we?
Our One-to-One Marketing team designs the direct and individual approach for our Mercedes-Benz Cars customers regarding Digital Extras, Apps and Software. We place particular focus on communication via apps and vehicle systems, where we transmit targeted recommendations and individually optimised messages based on data - e.g. via the Mercedes-Benz App or directly via the software in our vehicles.

These challenges, among others, await you:
* Creation of individual, case-based communication for Digital Extras, Apps and Software - case-related, automated or context-based
* Definition of (new) customer experiences, testing new channels and distribution possibilities
* Management of channel-specific possibilities in segmentation, tracking and distribution using A/B tests
* Success measurement, derivation of lessons learned and direct application in further communication
* Ensuring brand-appropriate communication via Mercedes-Benz's own channels
* Orchestration of in-car/in-app channels and planning via our direct communication tool
Your goal: Rapid implementation of customer-oriented and service-oriented communication.

The mandatory internship can start from September 2026 with a total duration of 6 months or shorter.
Qualifikationen
* Degree programme in (digital) marketing, communication / media studies, economics or a related field
* Interest in digital media and technologies
* Creativity and enjoyment in developing communication campaigns
* Analytical skills and a structured way of working
* Proficiency in written and spoken German and English
* You are proficient in communication tools (MS Teams and MS Office)
* Initial experience in digital/data-driven marketing desirable
* Initial experience in international projects desirable
Please note that your internship at this location must include a mandatory component.
