Job Description:

As a Trainee in Corporate Innovation Program Management, you will be an integral part of the team that drives the operational success of our innovation initiatives. You will assist in managing our accelerator program for internal startups, coordinate projects, and ensure that our internal startup teams have the tools and resources they need to succeed. This is a dynamic role that combines management skills with a passion for innovation, with the direct guidance of the program manager, receiving direct mentorship and the opportunity to learn from seasoned professionals in the field of corporate innovation.
Responsibilities:
* Assist in the operational management of the corporate innovation program.
* Conduct research and gather data to support decision-making processes.
* Support the team in maintaining the internal innovation processes and documentation.
* Help to coordinate multiple projects, ensuring timely completion and adherence to goals.
* Attend and organize strategic meetings, and assist in action item follow-up.
* Order and maintain inventory of necessary resources.

Qualifications:

* Currently studying for bachelor's degree in Business, with a focus on Management.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects concurrently.
* Strong understanding of management principles; knowledge of corporate innovation and innovation management is highly desirable.
* Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and as part of a team possessing intrinsic motivation to deliver work of exceptional quality.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
