Your work profile

As an Associate in our Growth office team, you will build and nurture positive working relationships with teams and clients with the intention to exceed client expectations. You will:

* Revenue Campaign Monitoring - Track performance, conversions, and ROI across active campaigns.

* System Checks - Platforms: DESC, Jupiter, SAP and Ensure data integrity, access, and reporting accuracy.

* Event Tracking - Monitor client and industry events for engagement opportunities.

* Company Background Research - Prepare one-pagers covering, Financials, Quarterly results, Key announcements

* Stakeholder Identification - Use LinkedIn and other tools to map decision-makers and influencers.

* Competitive Intelligence - Track competitor moves, partnerships, and market positioning.

* PMO & Productivity Tools - Leverage AI for Meeting minutes, Email drafting, Workflow optimization

Key skills required:

* CA intermediate

* Strong Technical Knowledge & clarity of concepts

* Leadership Qualities with Creative and Innovative thinking
