Job Description:
In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
* Support supplier development initiatives in coordination with the manager and cross-functional stakeholders
* Collaborate with Product Supply Chain Leaders, Buyers, Material Managers, and Quality teams to improve supplier performance
* Assist in driving supplier performance improvement programs such as safety, development initiatives, and performance metrics tracking
* Analyze supplier data to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
* Monitor key performance indicators such as on-time delivery, quality metrics, and supply reliability
* Support implementation of corrective actions and improvement plans with suppliers
* Ensure adherence to safety standards and reinforce a safe working environment
* Work closely with internal teams and suppliers to align forecasts, capacity planning, and inventory optimization strategies
* Contribute to initiatives that enhance supplier responsiveness and overall supply chain efficiency

For This Role, You Will Need:
* Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field
* Basic understanding of manufacturing processes such as machining and molded components
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Good communication and collaboration abilities
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or similar data analysis tools
* Willingness to learn and work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
* Exposure to supply chain, procurement, or supplier quality processes
* Familiarity with performance metrics such as on-time delivery and defect rates
* Knowledge of continuous improvement methodologies
* Internship or project experience related to manufacturing or operations
