As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. Candidates who pass resume screening will be invited to participate in TikTok's technical online assessment. The Shared Services Team provides comprehensive creative support for various marketing initiatives. This includes managing creative execution for 2B and 2C campaigns within the in-app extension, supporting A/B testing through collaboration with agencies, overseeing internal freelance creatives, contributing to brand guideline development and implementation, and serving as creative consultants for out-of-app deliverables produced by external partners. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity for aspiring designers to work directly on campaigns for TikTok Shop and Tokopedia, two of the leading e-commerce platforms in Indonesia. Interns will be involved in creating in-app creative assets used by millions of users nationwide, providing real exposure to how large-scale digital platforms operate. Through this role, interns will experience how design theories learned in the classroom are applied in real commercial environments-where creativity must align with branding, performance metrics, and user behaviour. The internship emphasises practical learning in balancing aesthetics, usability, and business objectives. By collaborating closely with internal creative teams, agencies, and marketing stakeholders, interns will gain experience in campaign execution, A/B testing, brand governance, and scalable design systems. This role is ideal for candidates seeking strong portfolio development, structured mentorship, and professional exposure within top-tier e-commerce brands. Responsibilities 1. Design in-app extension creatives for 2B and 2C campaigns using Figma and related tools 2. Support A/B testing initiatives by preparing creative variants and design adaptations 3. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies on creative requirements 4. Assist in maintaining and applying brand guidelines across assets 5. Manage design files, components, and libraries for efficient production 6. Support internal freelancers and creative operations when required 7. Participate in creative reviews and campaign post-mortems for continuous improvement

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum Qualifications 1. Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or related fields 2. Proficient in Figma for layout, prototyping, and asset production 3. Basic understanding of digital marketing or online platforms 4. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow brand guidelines 5. Able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications 1. Experience or high interest in designing for digital platforms, apps, or e-commerce environments 2. Familiarity with A/B testing concepts and performance-driven design 3. Working knowledge of Figma and other creative designing suites (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite) 4. Portfolio showcasing digital, UI, or campaign-related work (would be a plus) 5.
