Job Description:

* Support employer branding events from concept to execution
* Design visuals, layouts, and other brand collaterals
* Create, edit, and manage social media content for TikTok and LinkedIn
* Write and proofread creative copy for captions and promotional materials
* Coordinate with internal teams and external partners for ongoing projects, activations, and partnerships

Qualifications:

* Undergraduate student (preferably with no remaining classes)
* Experience in handling events and partnerships
* Experience in content creation and social media management
* Up to date with social media trends
* Understanding of content performance and engagement metrics for reporting
* Skilled in Canva and CapCut; strong knowledge of Excel and data analysis is a plus
* Strong creativity, attention to detail, and copywriting skills
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa and English
* A proactive team player with a positive learning attitude

Note: Portfolio in social media content and/or design is required

Additional Information:

* Full-time paid internship
* For July-December period
* Open for COLLEGE STUDENTS ONLY (will not graduate during the internship program)
